When people treat each other with fairness and kindness, miracles happen. At inDrive we know this well - it's the foundation of our service: sirect communication between people, without any middle man.
With this in mind we recognized a strong allignment between our brand values and our audience - something we wanted to reflect in our campaign. One of our biggest challanges was competing against a well-funded rival, with resources far beyond ours. To stand out, we had to find a way to truly connect with people - and do it fast, with only seven weeks from brief to launch, just in time for the holiday season.
We realized that only a genuine, heartfelt story could cut through. Instead of focusing on product features, we chose to focus on people - their emotions, their journeys, their reunions. It was a risk, especially since many still didn’t fully understand the service. But we believed - and still believe - that the human story always wins.
The result was a film that resonated deeply with viewers and sparked emotional responses - proving that when a brand speaks from the heart, people feel it.
