Launch campaign for a new Telegram bot (@ratingruneta_bot) designed to help professionals find and hire reliable contractors for tasks ranging from website development to branding. We had to launch fast, with a near-zero media budget.

The market was suffering from a chronic condition: the exhausting, time-consuming, and emotionally draining process of hiring contractors. Our task was to launch a free Telegram bot, but with a minimal budget and zero awareness. The headache was real — we needed a remedy that would both resonate and convert.

The Creative Solution:
Instead of expensive production, we prescribed a dose of stark realism and relatable hyperbole. We diagnosed the universal symptoms of the "hiring headache" — frustration, doubt, despair — and amplified them into a black-and-white PSA-style film. The minimalist approach, using a cyclorama and dramatic performances, turned the spot into a visual aspirin: simple, effective, and instantly recognizable.

Business Results & Effectiveness:
•‎ Over 3,500 new subscribers to the bot in the first wave.
•‎ Organic sharing and positive feedback from a previously skeptical audience.

The Low-Budget Approach:
•‎ Strategic Minimalism: Black-and-white visuals and a cyclorama eliminated costly locations, sets, and complex post-production.
•‎ Emotional Focus: Resources were directed toward authentic casting and direction, ensuring the “pain” felt real and the “cure” felt urgent.
•‎ Lean Execution: Every element served the idea — no waste, just impact.
