With limited resources, we hyper-focused on our target demographic to maximize cost-efficient reach. Targeted OOH ads in Moscow were placed near cyber clubs lacking Volt Energy. Bold visuals and provocative messaging on billboards captured attention and prompted users to submit addresses of Volt-free clubs via a Telegram bot. Strategic Twitch streamer partnerships then amplified the campaign nationally.

Leveraging the collected data, we secured partnerships with cyber clubs, driving a 33% increase in Volt Energy's product presence. The Moscow OOH segment reached 4+ million people, while Twitch integrations engaged 1.2 million gamers nationwide – demonstrating how precise audience targeting and community-driven tactics overcame budget constraints to deliver significant business impact.
