Kitty Lun, Китай
Jury Chairwoman, Director, Head of Creative Shop Greater China META, China
Kitty started as a copywriter at Leo Burnett and rose through the creative department ranks, eventually leading several international agencies. She also worked for McCann, Euro RSCG, Arnold and Lowe. She is one of the rare creative talents with management experience and have extensive on-ground experience in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. In the 1990s, Kitty championed and created a large body of public service advertising including the famous ICAC campaigns and Fight Youth Crime’s “No Take 2” campaign. The industry crowned her as “Queen of Public Service Advertising in Hong Kong”. Born in Hong Kong, Kitty studied advertising at Baptist University and then did her master’s degree at Syracuse University. She was honoured as  distinguished alumna at both Alma Mater: 50 distinguished alumni at SU Newhouse School of Communications 50 th Anniversary; and 40 distinguished  alumni at HKBU Communication School 40 th Anniversary. Kitty was Chairman/CEO at Lowe China, 2006-2016. In 2016, she turned a new page in her career and joined Facebook (now Meta) as Head of Creative Shop, Greater China. At Lowe, Kitty achieved tremendous business growth and led the agency to become the most awarded agency in China in 2014 and 2015, including the world’s most awarded campaign in 2015 according to the Gunn Report and agency global rank #30. Kitty was named many times as top 10 Creative Directors of the Year and top 10 Distinguished Advertising Women of the Year. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award at New York Festival in 2005 and judged/chaired many award shows in Hong Kong , Taiwan, China, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Russia, US, Canada, Eastern Europe, etc. In 2011, Kitty initiated and hosted the Cannes Lions main stage forum “Beyond Mad Man: Towards Gender Balance in Creative Roles”. She was honoured by AdAge as one of the Women to Watch in Advertising in China in 2013. Kitty is a two-time Cannes Lion jury for 2015 Cannes Lion Festival Press and 2019 Cannes Glass Lion. In 2016, Kitty changed track to Facebook (now Meta) to explore innovative ways to deliver creative content on a platform with the world’s largest audience. In 2022, she took up additional interim responsibilities for Creative Shop South East Asia and APAC. Kitty is the author of “Advertising Without Lipstick”. Published in 2013, the book is about her life and experience in advertising. In 2022, Kitty co-authored “The Philosophy of Everything” with 20 other distinguished Hong Kong creative legends.

Komal is a Head of Beauty and Luxury Collective in  Ogilvy India. Recently Komal served as Chief Creative Officer in Saatchi & Saatchi Dubai, Y&R Singapore and Y&R India. She is a creative leader with more than 25 years of experience at Y&R, Grey, Lowe, Rediffusion and Saatchi & Saatchi across India, South East Asia and the Middle East on global brands like Ford, Cadillac, HSBC, PepsiCo, P&G, Mondelez, Nivea, Harvey Nichols, Colgate, Virgin Atlantic, Tata Motors and Land Rover, to name a few. — Yet, Leica is her favorite brand ever. Her work has received multiple golds at Cannes Lions, One Show, ANDYs, ADC, Clio, LIA, Epica, D&AD, Spikes Asia, Effie, WARC, Dubai Lynx and Goa Fest. Her campaign for Harvey Nichols was ranked the number two press campaign in the world. And the Big Won ranked her number two on the list of Top Art Directors. — Yet, her real grand prix are her son and daughter. Naturally, her husband is on the credit list. She has served as jury president for art direction at D&AD, a jury member at Cannes Lions, Art Director’s Club, Clio, Adfest and New York Festivals. — Yet, she loves being judged by Grey Joy, her big, burly, always-sleepy cat. Over a decade ago, she brought the Middle East into the spotlight through art direction and craft, and became the first female ECD in the region. In 2019 her Leica collaborated with her sister’s pen, and they published their debut book “Dream Keeper” an ensemble of poetry and photography. More recently, her photographs have been published and exhibited locally and internationally. She believes in a world where women can and will.  — At least, the case study says so.

Evgeny worked with many famous brands as Nike, Heineken, EA Sports, Intel, Citizen, Netflix, Tesco, S7 Airlines and Balenciaga. He was born and grew up in Yekaterinburg city. He became a writer at the local agency «Voskhod» when he was 17. In the beginning of 2012 he moved from snowy Ural to rainy Holland and joined Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam. His works have been awarded at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Webby, Eurobest, CLIO, One Show, London International Awards, Epica, ADCE, UK Music Video Awards, Cameraimage, Berlin Music Video Awards, Hollyshorts Festival, San Diego Film Festival and others.

Maxime Menant is an innovative creative and branding expert with over a decade of experience, currently leading TikTok’s Creative Consultancy across the Middle East, Africa, and Central South Asia. As Head of Creative Consultancy, Maxime spearheads a team of senior strategists, delivering premiere creative services for TikTok’s top clients.  Maxime's team specializes in crafting innovative TikTok-first creative campaigns, developing educational programs, and conducting creative workshops, showcasing TikTok's role as a cultural and creative catalyst for businesses to capture a larger share of the future. Previously, Maxime held strategic roles in advertising at Ogilvy, DDB NYC and TBWA, where he honed skills in brand development and creative storytelling. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Branding + Integrated Communications from The City College of New York and a Bachelor’s in Integrated Marketing from Winthrop University

He started his advertising career at BBDO Moscow, crafting award-winning campaigns for Pepsico & P&G brands. In 2011, at the age of 30, Denis left to co-found SLAVA, an independent creative agency. Since then, the company has grown from 5 to 70+ people and taken on such brands as Google, Lego, Renault, Avito, Lamoda, Ferrero Rocher, and many more. In 2018, according to the Effie effectiveness index, SLAVA became the most effective independent agency in Russia. In 2019, it reached #8 among the most effective independent agencies worldwide. Denis has served on the jury for the Young Director Awards, G8, Art Directors club Russia, Jolbors, Wow Awards and 3 years in a row for Effie Russia. He has given talks, lectures & curated work at the Wordshop Academy, MADS, British Higher School of Arts & Design and the Moscow Cinema school to name a few.  He has also won awards at Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Effie & Red Apple among others.

She worked in the international SMB business development team at Google, specifically with fmcg, retail, ecom, ridetech, and separately focused on promoting mobile applications. She led the video direction and marketing of debit products at Tinkoff, launched the Tinkoff Junior product and debit cards such as Deadpool, Lego, and others. Built a system of video productions for different channels such as performance marketing, OLV and SMART TV. As Vice President of Digital Marketing at UralSib Bank, she built a customer acquisition department with analytics for b2b and b2c clients. In 2015, she earned an MBA degree in Strategic Management. Currently living in Serbia, she teaches Digital Marketing at the British Higher School of Design.

Dasha was born in a small industrial city called Pervouralsk and grew up in Ekaterinburg, where she began her creative career at the "Voskhod" agency. Throughout her years with the Ural team, Dasha was consistently ranked among the top creatives in the country. In 2018, she moved to The Netherlands and joined W+K Amsterdam, where she worked with clients like Nike, Balenciaga, Samsung, KFC, Ray-Ban, Hennessy and also learned how to bike. Dasha’s work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, The Webby Awards, Eurobest, CLIO, ADCE, Epica, Golden Drum, Red Dot, and others. She has judged multiple award shows, ad school projects, and has given speeches at various festivals.
