Dasha was born in a small industrial city called Pervouralsk and grew up in Ekaterinburg, where she began her creative career at the "Voskhod" agency. Throughout her years with the Ural team, Dasha was consistently ranked among the top creatives in the country. In 2018, she moved to The Netherlands and joined W+K Amsterdam, where she worked with clients like Nike, Balenciaga, Samsung, KFC, Ray-Ban, Hennessy and also learned how to bike.

Dasha’s work has been awarded at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, The Webby Awards, Eurobest, CLIO, ADCE, Epica, Golden Drum, Red Dot, and others. She has judged multiple award shows, ad school projects, and has given speeches at various festivals.
