Description of the idea:
Advertising agency TDI Group works with different clients in different markets. And every client needs a special approach. So, in order to present ourselves in the best way to the clients, we created 2 different agency’s showreel videos using different tone of voice.
At meetings, we asked clients which presentation they wanted to see - reliable or driving? That explained to us in which style the client wants to work with TDI. In addition to showing the showreel at meetings, we have posted videos on marketing portals - offering marketers to choose which style they like best.
The number of customer requests has doubled.
The number of concluded contracts with cold clients has increased.
The agency has won several major tenders – because we knew what the client expects - reliability or drive
