Задача
Challenge: During the outbreak of hostilities from Russia, many have thought about changing their place of residence. Tens of thousands of people from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus began to look for a new home in foreign countries.
Solution: Faced with a request from a number of friends to help find work for friends-relocants, our team has decided to combine its wide networking and permanent online presence. Thus the channel «Drujba narodov. Rabota» (Friendship of peoples. Work) was created. We didn’t want to make a group out of the platform because we didn’t want to turn it into a chaotic exchange of information, so to optimize the processes it was decided to moderate all incoming messages, both from applicants and from companies. With the development of convenient templates for filling vacancies, all of them began to be viewed in a convenient and understandable format.
Results: At a time when people were divided into several camps, our goal was to identify the assistance that we could give to everyone affected by the political agenda. Without distinguishing people by nationality and citizenship, we started posting resumes and descriptions of each specialist who needed a new job in Uzbekistan. Companies from neighbouring States also made frequent requests.
We’ve organically received a high citation rating worldwide in the couple of days.
Hundreds of people have found jobs, hundreds of companies — employees. Statistics reports the following data on the development and existence of the channel.
