Quadro is a Spanish restaurant in Tashkent that brings together the cozy feel of a Spanish home with authentic dishes made from local Uzbek ingredients. We’ve crafted an identity that blends the unique spirits of Spain and Uzbekistan.
Spain and Uzbekistan have a lot in common—rich food cultures, fresh ingredients, warm hospitality, and sunny summers. Both places are touched by the same sun, which brings comfort and happiness. We made sun and warmth central to our identity, but instead of showing the sun directly, we focused on shadows as the key visual element.
The intense Spanish heat and Uzbek chilla (the hottest time of the year) are best enjoyed in the shade. Shadows, as a part of sunlight, subtly create a warm atmosphere, while the identity immerses you in the restaurant's space. Each graphic detail reflects the shadows of the interior, the people, and the stories connected to Quadro. This approach allows the brand identity to keep evolving with new images that change with the seasons and the restaurant’s story.
