Problem:
On Valentine's Day, many couples go to the cinema to enjoy romantic moments. However, people with hearing impairments often cannot fully experience this because cinemas rarely show films with sign language interpretation.
Solution:
Raffaello, the world's most romantic brand, organized romantic movie screenings with sign language interpretation. In the center of Almaty, a mini-cinema shaped like a Raffaello box was set up, offering free screenings of romantic films for people with hearing impairments.
Results:
The project received positive feedback from participants and the public. Representatives of the Kazakhstan Deaf Society highlighted the importance of this initiative. The project showed that by addressing individual needs and creating an accessible environment, cultural experiences can be enriched for people with disabilities. As a result, the project achieved 3,400,000 impressions in the media, from bloggers, and other positive reactions.
