One of the problems after buying milk is incomplete consumption. Often there is a certain amount of milk left over after opening the carton, which has time to go bad.
Our packaging makes it possible to make another dairy product from sour milk – kefir, which is common not only in post-Soviet countries, but also in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Balkan countries and on a much smaller scale in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Israel, USA, Japan and Australia. The name, in Danish, refers to the rational use of resources in Scandinavian countries.
When buying, you need to remove the film from the packaging, after which the box will begin to show the lines, which on the 4th day form the shape of a bottle of kefir. Then you need to lift the corner of the package so that the bacteria powder inside is mixed with the milk, turn the box a few times, leave overnight and kefir ready.
